Terms of Use
Last Updated: 13 May 2025
Welcome to GraspLet! We’re excited to have you on board. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) explain how our services work and set out your rights and responsibilities when using our website, SIMs, data plans, and the MyGraspLet portal. We’ve kept things clear, fair, and customer-focused — just how we like to run our business.
By accessing our website at www.grasplet.com or signing up for an account at our service portal https://data.grasplet.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If anything’s unclear, drop us a line — we’re happy to help.
1. Who Can Use Our Services
To use our services, purchase SIMs, or register for a MyGraspLet account, you must be 18 years or older. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian must approve and supervise your use.
2. What We Offer
GraspLet provides global IoT connectivity using our multi-network SIMs, paired with prepaid data plans. These SIMs connect automatically to the strongest available network from our partners in over 180 countries.
Access to countries and carrier networks depends on the specific plan you purchase. Not every SIM includes global access by default — coverage is enabled based on your selected plan. We partner with multiple global carriers and technology providers to deliver seamless coverage, but access is always subject to the plan purchased, and network availability may vary.
3. Your MyGraspLet Account (https://data.grasplet.com)
To manage your SIMs, top-up data, and monitor usage, you’ll need to create a MyGraspLet account through our secure portal: https://data.grasplet.com. This portal is separate from our main website.
You're responsible for maintaining your login credentials. If your account is ever compromised, let us know immediately at support@grasplet.com. You can also request account deletion at any time.
4. SIMs and Data Plans
-
All our plans are prepaid — no contracts, no auto-renewals.
-
Data plans activate on first use or at a specified date and will expire after a set period, whether fully used or not.
-
Plans and allowances are clearly shown before purchase.
-
Please check your device compatibility and apply correct APN settings (we’ll guide you).
-
Refunds are issued at our sole discretion, especially if data has already been used or the plan is active.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Faulty SIMs
If your SIM is lost or stolen, we’ve got your back. We'll send you a free replacement SIM (delivery charges may apply), and we’ll do our best to transfer any active plans to the new SIM.
If your SIM arrives faulty, notify us within 14 days and we’ll replace it at no cost.
6. Website Terms (https://www.grasplet.com)
These apply to anyone using our main website:
-
You may browse, contact us, or learn about our products.
-
You may not use the site to harm others or interfere with its functionality.
-
We may link to third-party sites, but we don’t control them. You're responsible for reviewing their terms and privacy policies.
-
All website content — text, graphics, trademarks — is owned or licensed by GraspLet. Please don’t reuse it without permission.
7. Network Availability and Connectivity
While GraspLet uses commercially reasonable efforts to provide reliable connectivity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, continuous coverage, specific network availability, minimum data speeds, or 100% uptime. Service availability may be affected by factors outside our control, including mobile network operator outages, roaming partner restrictions, IMSI provider issues, maintenance activities, local infrastructure limitations, and other third-party service disruptions. Customers should ensure that appropriate contingency arrangements are in place for any critical or business-sensitive deployments.
8. Fair Use & Restrictions
You agree not to use our services for unlawful or harmful purposes, including:
-
Sending malicious traffic or spam
-
Interfering with networks or systems
-
Attempting to reverse-engineer our platform
-
Reselling services without written permission
We may suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated.
9. Service Updates and Interruptions
We may occasionally carry out updates or maintenance. During this time, some functionality may be temporarily unavailable. We’ll do our best to notify you in advance when possible.
We also reserve the right to improve, remove, or change features or plans.
10. Promotional & Service Communications
By signing up, you consent to receive:
-
Essential service emails (e.g., order updates, SIM usage notifications)
-
Occasional promotional emails — these are designed to add value (such as bonus data for submitting feedback, new plan offers, helpful tips, and updates). You can opt out anytime by simply replying to the same email with "unsubscribe".
11. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped quickly, but delivery times can vary. You’re responsible for any import duties, customs taxes, or courier charges in your country.
12. Refunds & Cancellations
Because our data plans are prepaid, refunds are not automatic and will only be considered at our discretion, especially once a plan has started or data has been used. Please check your order carefully before completing payment.
13. Payment Security
Your security is important to us. When you make a payment on our platforms, whether you're topping up a SIM or purchasing a new plan, your card details are never stored by GraspLet.
All payments are securely processed by our trusted third-party payment gateway providers. We do not collect or retain any credit or debit card information on our systems. This helps ensure that your payment information stays safe and private at all times.
14. Termination of Services
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
-
You breach these Terms
-
There is fraud, abuse, or prohibited use
-
Required by legal or regulatory authorities
We’ll always try to notify you first and resolve issues constructively.
15. Legal and Jurisdiction
-
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
-
If any part is found invalid, the remaining terms still apply.
-
These Terms form the entire agreement between you and GraspLet.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GraspLet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive losses or damages arising from or relating to the use of, inability to use, or interruption of the Services.

17. Network Services and Third-Party Providers
GraspLet provides connectivity services through a combination of mobile network operators, roaming partners, IMSI providers, technology vendors, cloud service providers, and other third-party infrastructure providers.
The availability, coverage, quality, speed, latency, and continuity of the Services depend on these third-party providers and infrastructure, which are outside GraspLet's direct control.
GraspLet does not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, error-free, or fault-free operation of the Services.
Temporary interruptions, outages, service degradation, maintenance activities, carrier restrictions, roaming limitations, technology failures, or supplier-related incidents may occur from time to time.
Where service interruptions arise from the actions, omissions, failures, restrictions, or outages of third-party providers, GraspLet shall not be liable for any resulting losses, damages, costs, or claims.

19. Business and IoT Services
Unless expressly agreed in writing through a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA), all IoT, M2M, mobile data, eSIM, SIM, and connectivity services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
No uptime guarantee, availability commitment, minimum service level, minimum throughput, latency guarantee, or performance warranty shall apply unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement signed by GraspLet.
Customers deploying Services in critical, safety-related, emergency, life-support, healthcare, security, tracking, monitoring, industrial control, or business-critical environments remain responsible for implementing appropriate redundancy and failover arrangements.
